A three-year drought put the people in Hillsborough County in Florida to go back to old ways of saving water, such as rain barrels.
The county's Extension Office has been conducting rain barrel workshops ten times every year, but all of them had been immediately fully booked, prompting the office added ten more classes, all of which are now fully booked as well.
